各位馬會博彩顧客們:
之前這兒也討論過馬會的新蠢介面,十個有九個xXyz馬會。
我也一路拒絕使用;馬會最近卒之說舊介面七月三十一日停用....
請問各位有用新的投注介面的大哥評價如何?因我還是想繼續抗爭下去。

As for the new log in betting interface, I had expressed my opinion via teleconversation to your line officer/manger that I objected the move due to it's stupid and inconvenient logic on the application itself imposed to users.
It has been almost a year since your promotion of this new system, I heard no news on any improvement of this application/interface from either HKJC nor any of my betting friends who are using it; they all conveyed to me their conclusion:- they would prefer to go back the old system and avoid the use of this new stupid inconvenient logic interface.
As in today, I am having the same vision, I am rejecting it. I would appreciate if you HKJC, a gigantic organisation with so many talents employed, will take care of the customer's view and opinion as first priority, and will have capability and capacity to address the needs of us as the minority group (if we were not welcome by JC) on using your betting system.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email of 16 July regarding the new login Online Betting Service (eWin) method - the Dual Authentication Method.
The new login method provides the advantages of convenient multiple PC use and support for multiple browsers that many customers have requested for. It strikes a balance between convenience and the high security that the Club and its customers demand.
The changes is that the new login method uses answers to questions only the customer will know to verify his identity, similar to practices common on Internet banking sites, and as such is as safe as the old security key login method. The questions have been carefully chosen to be at the same time relevant, easy to answer and remember for as many people as possible, but also hard for anyone else to guess. Moreover, customers are given the chance to choose their three most relevant questions from a set of ten at registration time.
At login, to maintain the high security of the process, the system randomly chooses one of the three questions selected by the customer, effectively preventing others from unauthorised access via eavesdropping or key logging because it is likely the next login will require the answer to a different question.
We hope we have been able to answer your queries and allay your concerns on the new login method.

PM兄,用左又唔觉有乜问题喎!初初佢曾經教我一個一個步驟改,改到我"慶", 同佢講,唔改啦,就收線. 到後來,好似簡單左,好快改左,就ok喎!

舊版本, 要下載證書同SAVE 才能使用.
新版本, 基本上是靠兩重密碼(第二個是幾組私人問題的答案), 我個人覺得保安上已OK.
就新版本, 起初用當然唔習慣, 但用耐左其實同之前沒有分別.
今季有一次較能享受到新版本好處是, 我正身處馬場某一個位置, 但電話投注的線路十分繁忙, 於是我就用了附近的馬會公用電腦作投注(實際是霸住用用), 新版面就簡簡單單輸入雙重密碼就好了, 不用怕沒有證書不能運用, 感覺比之前方便.
PS : 風險當然會有, 大家勿學

pmengineers兄你係咪認為網投登入時,有問答題出現覺得個介面好愚蠢呀?如因咁而棄用網投我認為唔值得囉!佢個答案係自選,唔一定用繁體字做答案,用落真係冇問題喎...

我個人認為新介面好煩好煩好煩, 新登記時好慶, 但我好接受馬會所做的決定, 因為我知自己冇本事不用它的服務. 即使馬會十月馬上再改介面, 我亦話好.
因為我不知誰有數據話馬會所做的決定到底代表大部分或者小部分博彩顧客意願? 閣下只能代表自己,不能代表小部分顧客不歡迎馬會所做的決定.
Irrespective of HKJC decision which may not be accepted by you or some of us, as long as we are using its service, its right of making system changes cannot be taken away by any single opinion or even the majority/minority of dislike.
Without prejudice, we all understand this.
