馬會暫停徐君禮牌照十二個月，直至2011年1月25日為止!!!! |

小組亦告知徐君禮，儘管他有權提出上訴，但他日後若向馬會申請騎師牌照，受薪董事小組會向馬會牌照委員會建議，要求他就其為何應獲發牌而「提出理由」。.... That is a threat, an unfair threat for 有權提出上訴!! That is 馬會!!
Also, 牌照十二個月... but all jockeys have the licence till July 2010. How can they 停徐君禮牌 if he does not have a 牌 from Sep to Jan 2010 in order for them to 停徐君禮牌? .... Does that mean 馬會 unfairly grants a licence to him well before other jockeys apply for new licences next season?
In conclusion, regardless what rules you base on, he must have a licence before you can really supsend his licence. And 君禮 should only 停牌 till July and have a nice season from September. (in order to panalize馬會) 君禮 does not deserve such penalty as he is rich enough to buy expensive candies while we aren't.
